Billing starts as soon as you subscribe. For monthly plans, you’ll be charged every month on the same day. If you choose annual billing, you’ll be charged upfront for the year and get one month free!.
Yes! You can upgrade or switch plans anytime—many merchants start with Preview Only and upgrade to Print File plans as their business grows. You can also move from Per Product to Unlimited as your personalized catalog expands.
If you no longer need Customily but plan to return, you can pause your subscription for $5/month. This keeps all your templates and settings intact, ready for when you come back.
You can also fully cancel anytime from your billing settings inside the app. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
There are no additional integration costs — all plans include standard integrations for BigCommerce, Magento and Walmart DSV.

A product refers to one listing where Customily personalization is enabled.
-> If you sell a t-shirt in 5 colors under a single product listing, it counts as one product.
-> If each color has its own separate product page (e.g., a listing for the white t-shirt, another for the black t-shirt, etc.), then each one counts as a separate product.
The key is that each unique listing where Customily is applied counts as a product.
Yes, but the minimum charge for per-product plans is 12 products ($96 for Preview or $192 for Preview + Print File). If you have fewer than 12, you’ll still pay the base price.
Each store requires its own subscription, but you get 15% off every additional store:
-> Second store = 15% off
-> Third store = 15% off the second store’s price
-> And so on…
This discount applies to any additional store, regardless of platform, as long as it falls under this pricing model (excludes Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, and Amazon).
